HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY UK ORDER?
We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm GMT on the same day. Please note, during busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take between 5-7 days, however we do aim to get your purchase out sooner.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to all Mainland UK, Ireland and Channel Island addresses. Europe and Worldwide.
On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering, please call us on +44 (0) 1202 697100 and allow us 5-8 working days for us to carry out the investigation.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Any full priced order will be shipped FREE of charge in the UK including our Launch period only. *Please note that delivery charges apply on any sale or discounted items. Charges apply for Europe and International addresses
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your goods will be dispatched via My Hermes and you will receive a tracking text or email. If for some reason your despatch confirmation does not include a tracking code please call our Customer Services on +44 (0)1202 697 100 with your order number and they will update you on the status of your order.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Europe zones 1 and 2 – 3 to 7 working days.
North America – 10-15 working days.
Rest of the world – 10-15 working days.
Please note – parcels being delivered to Finland,
Denmark or Sweden will be delivered to the recipients closest Parcelshop.
SOME COUNTIRES DO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE
Items shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) in order to clear Customs. To speed up the process and avoid any possible delays, please have this information available when our shipping company contact you. Thank you.
Please note that customs may request a copy of your Saudi National ID or valid resident permit (Igama) to clear the order.
